8. Prohibited Content & Sev-0 Violation Policy
To remain in compliance with T-Mobile and CTIA regulations, we strictly prohibit sending messages that contain:
• Tier 1 Violations ($2,000): phishing, smishing, or social engineering
• Tier 2 Violations ($1,000): federally or state-illegal content
• Tier 3 Violations ($500): SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco) without proper disclosures or age gates
Sev-0 violations will result in immediate message blocking and a fine passed through from HighLevel. Repeated violations may lead to permanent suspension of messaging services.
